In addition to classic lectures and exercises, WSPiA offers its students specialised practical classes to improve their skills. Therefore, at our University, you will also participate in, among other things, workshops, practical workshops and seminars with practitioners. During such classes, the lecturer discusses with the students examples of legal problems they encounter in their daily work. While learning about the professions they will pursue in the future, students at our University participate, for example, in simulated court hearings. Such simulation allows them to impersonate various

procedural roles, e.g. that of a barrister, prosecutor or judge, and their preparation is assessed by practitioners cooperating with the JCAA.

Being a student of the WSPiA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa, you also have the opportunity to act in one of the best Student Law Clinics in Poland (third place in Poland in the ranking of Rzeczpospolita newspaper). In the Law Clinic, students under the supervision of lecturers provide free legal advice to indigent residents of the Subcarpathia region. Among other things, they deal with issuing legal opinions in individual cases in the field of administrative, tax, civil and criminal law. In this way, they not only verify and supplement their theoretical knowledge, but first and foremost learn to analyse specific factual situations and assess them from the point of view of the applicable law.

WSPiA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa has been cooperating very strongly with Law Offices for many years. As part of the cooperation, our students can participate in internships and work placements. All this is done so that the student, already during his/her studies, can get to know the legal profession from the practical side and gain experience necessary for later work.
